Cheese roll 85g

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, 6% cheddat pieces(milk, salt, lactic starter, rennet, potatostarch, colorant(E160b), 2,5 % cheese (milk), yeast, wheat flour, salt, dextrose, sugar, wheat gluten, natural flavoring (cheese milk), potato starch
 

Process of preparation:
Defrost the baguette for approx. 20-30 minutes before baking.
Place the (defrosted) product in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (gas mark 6-7) and bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown in colour.
