INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, water, whole meal rye flour, rye malt powder (fermented), wheat gluten, salt, rye leaven, pre-gelatinized wheat flour, malt flour (barley), dextrose
PROCESS OF PREPARATION:
Defrost the baguette for approx. 20-30 minutes before baking.
Place the (defrosted) product in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (gas mark 6-7) and bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown in colour.
