INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, water, oat flakes, wheat grits, yeast, salt, rye flakesS, linseed, malt flour (barley, wheat), millet, dextrose, sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, rice flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed)
PROCESS OF PREPARATION:
Defrost the baguette for approx. 20-30 minutes before baking.
Place the (defrosted) product in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (gas mark 6-7) and bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown in colour.
