INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, water, oat flakes, wheat grits, yeast, salt, rye flakes, linseed, malt flour (barley, wheat), millet, dextrose, sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, rice flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed)

PROCESS OF PREPARATION:
Defrost approx 15-20 minutes.
Place the defrosted product in a pre-heated oven at 240°C and bake them for 8-10 minutes at 200° C until the crust is golden brown in colour
